I instructed the NHS to properly consider the ethics of their treatment pathway to people under the age of majority who could not therefore be considered to have given informed consent. This led to the Cass Review. I can confirm that I fully endorse all four of the pledges. I look forward to restoring a proper understanding of the importance of biological sex rather than gender in the provision of services.”

As children get order they will choose who they want to be and go in their own direction and as long as they are safe I hope they find what they are looking for. Life is for living not complications from other people not agreeing with them, all of my children and their friends all get my 100% support whatever they choose. Sorry it’s short but loads to do and they are all important.”
