James Bush, Reform, 0/4 Yes responses – James wrote, “I have not read the reports you refer to so I can’t commit myself to them. I can make the following clear:
1. There are only two genders: male and female.
2. I am 100% opposed to transgender ideology: it has no place in schools or hospitals. My leaflet makes this clear.
3. If adults want to alter their bodies and consume hormones of the opposite sex then they should do so at their own expense; it should never be funded by the NHS.
4. Castration of boys, mastectomies of girls and feeding of hormones of the opposite sex to boys and girls is child abuse and must be punished with great severity by the criminal law.”
